Sizing:

 We carry a wide variety of brands and labels, which means sizing can vary widely from piece to piece. We will do our best to provide the most accurate sizing information within each clothing item listing. Sizing charts and measurements will be provided for each item whenever possible either in the product photos or within the product description. If you are unsure of sizing, please feel free to contact us with your measurements at contact@daisyjonesshop.com, and we'll figure out the best sizing option for you. 

Domestic Shipping:

We offer a variety of shipping options with FREE shipping on domestic orders over $49.00. At check out you will be given a variety of shipping options based on the weight of your order, as well as your location. We want you to have the very best shopping experience possible! Daisy Jones' Locker will send you a confirmation email once we have processed your order. Most orders will be processed within 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri). 

 

International Shipping: 

We ship to most destinations! However, we currently are unable to offer shipping the the UK or Europe due to new regulations we are unable to fulfill at this time. For all other destinations, shipping will be determined by the weight of the item and your address. You'll be given a variety of shipping options/prices at checkout. Please note: your shipping rate will NOT include any duties.

 

Shipping Methods:

All domestic orders placed though this website will be shipped via USPS, unless UPS has been selected by the customer. International orders will have the option to ship either USPS or DHL. We ship all orders as quickly as possible! Most orders will ship within 2-3 business day (Mon-Sat). Daisy Jones' Locker is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces of nature or other uncontrollable events. Please make sure your package is being delivered to a secure location, as we will not be held responsible for lost/stolen packages after delivery has been made.  

 

Payment Methods: 

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), PayPal and AfterPay.

  

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

Items purchased through our online store are eligible for exchange or return provided we are notified within 48 hours of delivery. Returns will only be accepted if they are shipped and received within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will not be given for items that are returned to us worn, washed, damaged, and/or used. We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items. We do not cover shipping costs for returning items. We encourage all customers to seek our advice on sizing and fit if you are not sure, to avoid any unnecessary returns and to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Items must have all original tags attached. Please email us at contact@daisyjonesshop.com to begin the return/exchange process.​ Daisy Jones' Locker can deny a credit/refund if the merchandise returned does not meet the return policy requirements. All sales are final on beauty products, SALE!, discounted, "last one" and discontinued items (this will also be noted in the item description whenever possible). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Where's my return? 

Returns are usually processed within about 3-5 business days after we receive your package, and we'll email you as soon as we open it! In the meantime, you can keep track of your package with the tracking number listed on your return shipping label.

Inventory Availability: 

Daisy Jones' Locker has a limited amount of inventory due to the size of our small storefront. Items purchased through the website may from time to time be out of stock. If such a case arises, you will be contacted via email and we will refund you, you can choose a replacement item or we'd be happy to keep you updated when the item becomes available again. We will do our very best to accommodate you.
